DS Smith Shareholder Information
The Shareholder section provides detailed information on communications, shareholder queries, dividends, share price information, share dealing services and providing contact details.
Shareholders are advised to be wary of any unsolicited advice, offers to buy shares at a discount or to purchase shares at above market value or offers of free reports into the Company. Should you receive unsolicited telephone calls or documents such as those referred to above, we strongly suggest that you consult your own independent financial advisor before taking any action.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has released a “Beware of Share Fraud” leaflet, providing guidance on what to do if you receive an unsolicited or suspicious call about investing or dealing in shares. This is attached below. It also sets out how you can report any such suspected issues to the FCA.
