A packaging made a 100% of corrugated cardboard designed for exportation to China and that guarantees the maximum protection of the product thanks to its exclusive immobilization system of the headlamp in the box and that also guarantees a perfect behaviour of the box during the transport thanked to it reinforced structure made of corrugated cardboard.

Through design tools and 3D scanners, they have analysed the headlamp to detect the ideal immobilization points and positioning in the packaging. They have developed a special fixing system that allows to immobilise the headlamp in three axis (X,Y,Z).

Through a logistic point of view, they used optimization tools to reach a solutions that allows more units per container to maximise the number of packaging's per maritime container.
