We managed to reduce the delivery time of the Tecnipack® containers by 30%

An optimal resource management has enabled us to reduce up to 30% delivery of these containers for prototypes and small series.

The Tecnipack® system agglutinates large reusable packaging that are folded ready for use. These packages can incorporate different protective packaging conditionning, depending on the component to be packed. However, delivery times usually extend beyond the needs of end customers, mainly suppliers in the automotive industry.

With the new operation developed by Tecnicarton, customers can benefit from a very considerable reduction in product design and validation times especially in the prototype and pre-industrial phase.

Tecnipack® System

Tecnipack® includes the range of products in plastic and corrugated board. Tecnipack® plastic allows a saving of space of 80% as it is supplied folded, and is a returnable packaging with elements 100% recyclable. In addition, it can be designed with the standard American and European palletizing measures, or propose a custom design for both, container and conditionning. 

 For its part, the Tecnipack® system made of corrugated cardboard of high performance counts on the same benefits as its counterpart in plastic, but it has greater benefits at the level of stacking in warehouse. It is a container that allows a cost savings, made with 100 recyclable materials. Tecnipack® in corrugated board is distributed folded which implies a saving of space of 70%. It is distributed in kit format with a plastic pallet, the body in corrugated cardboard and a thermoformed plastic cover. This container allows its customization according to the objects to be transported and can be complemented with a cardboard die-cut interior, cushioning foams or plastic positioners that protect the load from any rubbing or damage.
