Together we’re building a stronger, more sustainable future for everyone

Our world is already feeling the effects of climate change and faster, bolder action is needed. We’re proud to be one of PepsiCo’s partners, working hard to help you meet your global ‘PepsiCo‘ Positive (pep+) sustainability goals, and deliver your ambitions across packaging, people and agriculture.

We have the scalable packaging solutions you need today and are investing in the new technologies and products that will help you achieve net-zero emissions by 2040 – one decade sooner than required under the Paris Agreement.

By ‘Redefining Packaging for a Changing World’, we have a key role to play in your circular value chain. See how your pep+ sustainability ambitions match our own.

How sustainable is your packaging?

Our pioneering ‘Circular Design Metrics’ (CDM) tool – an industry first – can rate and compare the circularity of your packaging designs across eight key indicators, from carbon footprint to recyclable content. Which means you get real clarity about your packaging’s sustainability performance and where to focus your attention to meet your pep+ goals. Find out more about Circular Design Metrics, and other ways we can work together to ensure PepsiCo’s packaging plays its part in decarbonising your operations and supply chain.

Promoting positive choices

You’re building a circular and inclusive value chain to accelerate change and address major global challenges like climate change. As part of DS Smith’s ‘Now and Next’ sustainability strategy, we have a target to enlighten 5 million people of the benefits of the circular economy by 2030. And not just adults, but children too…  From our new animated YouTube video (translated into 11 languages and already viewed over 250,000 times), to innovative recycling initiatives and a free circular economy lesson plan for every school, first launched at COP26, we’re taking direct action now.
