DS Smith Packaging Estonia AS is looking for a Maintenance & Engineering Manager for Tallinn plant

OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR YOU:

• Effective management and development of the maintenance department;
• Calculation, analysis and planning of technical costs and optimization of processes;
• Coaching and motivating the team;
• You know MS Office at a good level (including Excel);
• You have a good level of spoken and written Estonian and English, Russian at the communication level;
• You have good organizational and communication skills, correct, accurate, hardworking, high stress tolerance, cooperative, flexible, conscientious, exemplary;
• You have at least 3 years of recently similar work experience leading the technical team in international manufacturing company and professional education.
