Investment scam incorporating the DS Smith name

We have been made aware of the illegal and fraudulent use of DS Smith’s name, logo, identity and reputation by unknown persons/entities in a scam offering the opportunity to invest in “funds” and “packages” with the promise of guaranteed returns.

Please be advised that DS Smith offers no such investment opportunity, and this app has no connection to DS Smith. 

DS Smith takes the security of its systems and privacy obligations very seriously. This scam is in no way connected to our systems or indicative of any data breach within our systems. 

We are working with the relevant organisations to remove the fraudulent use of our brand across websites and social media.

Who do I contact if I have invested in the scheme? 

You should report it straight away to your bank so that it can be investigated.  

We believe that the target of this scam is predominantly residents of India. You can contact https://cybercrime.gov.in to report the fraud in India as well as your bank.
