London Delivery Regulation Changes

Temporary Regulation.

It will not be possible to delivery on certain specified routes between the hours of 6 am and midnight for the duration of the Olympic Games in London in 2012.  Maps to show the effected routes are being put together and will be circulated. Permanent Regulation.

From 1 January 2011  all delivery vehicles going into London must have Euro 4 compliant engines.  The charge for non compliance is £200 per day. It is possible to fit filters to current vehicles to enable them to become compliant but this can take up to 3 months. All engines must be registered by way of a smoke test through VOSA.
